Well, this will be an adventure.
I’m setting out to run to end Multiple Sclerosis – as though my running could in any way banish the suffering endured by thousands of people across the globe. But hey, my feet move – why not move them in favor of someone who needs help?
I have a good friend who has a good friend who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis. And that’s why I’ve decided to run this half marathon.
I picked a good half marathon too – the Halloween Half Marathon in Atlanta, GA! It’s sure to be a frightfully fun festival of runners decked out in their best running gear costumes.
I’m excited! I’m even more excited to be in a position to help someone in need. Be on the lookout for a My Cause link where you’ll be able to donate to help Jake.
I’ll tell you more about Jake soon. She’s an amazing person, and she deals with a lot, but she always finds the grace she needs to overcome the most overwhelming circumstances.
She’s an incredible person, and I’m proud to be supporting her.
Thanks for joining me!
