Welcome to my training log! Here you can follow along as I train for the half marathon I am running in Jake’s honor.

4/30/19 — Treadmill – 2 Miles in 39 minutes. Legs are getting stronger!

4/2/19 — Elliptical – 40 minutes. The machine said 3 miles. The FitBit said 1.75… which to believe…

4/1/19 — 2 miles on the treadmill!

3/31/19 — Rest day.

3/30/19 — Run at the park. 1.5 miles in 30 minutes. Did pretty good on the hills, but I really need to pick up the pace.

3/29/19 — Treadmill! 2 miles in 35 minutes. I’m picking up speed!

3/28/19 — Work Day. I’ve got a major project due. No time to train.

3/27/19 — Got on a stationary bike today! “Rode” 8 miles in 40 minutes. Feeling good!

3/26/29 — Treadmill workout. 2 miles in just under 40 minutes…really need to charge my FitBit…

3/25/19 — Work Day. Major project is dropping at work. I’m on call to make edits and proof.

3/24/19 — Rest Day

3/23/19 — 3 mile walk/jog around the park. Didn’t wear FitBit…

3/22/19 — Rest day.

3/21/19 — Elliptical – 40 minutes plus cool down. 3 Miles. Good long stretch after. Feeling really stiff and sore. This is my song today:

03/20/19 — Ran 2 miles on the treadmill. Took me 40 minutes to do it (I walked a bit). Heart rate reached 180. Need to remember to stretch today.
